Sky Dash Privacy Policy

Welcome to Sky Dash. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Sky Dash mobile game (the "App") available on the Android platform.

By downloading or playing Sky Dash, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App. This policy is governed by applicable Indian privacy and data-protection laws.

Sky Dash collects absolutely no personal information from its users. We do not collect, process, or store any of the following:

The only data stored by the App is your game progress (such as high score and settings), which is saved exclusively on your local device using Android's built-in storage APIs. This data never leaves your device.

Because we collect no personal data, we have no information to use, process, sell, share, or disclose to any party.

• Game progress data stored locally is used solely to remember your scores and settings between sessions.
• No data is transmitted to our servers — we do not operate any backend servers for this App.
• No data is sold, rented, or shared with any third party under any circumstance.
• No data is used for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose.
• No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs are integrated into the App.

Sky Dash requests no sensitive Android permissions. The following permissions are not used by the App:

Sky Dash is designed to be enjoyed by players of all ages, including children under 13 years old. Because we collect no personal information whatsoever, the App fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent global regulations.

• No account creation, login, or registration is required at any age.
• No personal data is collected from children or adults.
• No advertising networks or third-party SDKs targeting children are used.
• No in-app purchases, social features, or external links that could expose children to risks.

Parents and guardians can allow children to play Sky Dash with full confidence that no personal information is at risk.

Sky Dash does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or libraries that collect or process user data:

The App is distributed through the Google Play Store. Google Play's own privacy practices govern your interaction with the store itself. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details about data handling within the Play Store ecosystem.

The best security strategy is to collect no data at all — and that is exactly what we do. Sky Dash stores only minimal game-progress data locally on your device, protected by Android's built-in app-sandboxing model.

• All locally stored data is confined to the App's private sandbox on your device.
• No network transmission of any data occurs at any time.
• No remote servers receive or hold your information.
• Uninstalling the App completely removes all locally stored game data from your device.

While we cannot guarantee absolute security against physical device compromise, our zero-data-collection design means there is nothing sensitive stored or transmitted for malicious actors to intercept or exploit.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or our operational practices. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
• Publish the revised policy on this page with immediate effect.
• Note any significant changes clearly at the top of the document.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. If you disagree with any changes, you may stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
